Patricia McGourty Palmer
- Managing Director & Art Director
An award winning costume designer in America, Patricia Palmer has
years of experience in realizing major theater and film productions
in New York City and other performing art centers in the US and
around the world. She is an accomplished artist and she regularly
shows and sells her paintings. She has advanced degrees in both
education and art, and she has taught and lectured in a number of
American universities. During her many years in theatrical design,
she was involved with evaluating the artistic qualifications for
entrants to the New York Designers Union, and she has judged numerous
art competitions from primary schools through professional levels.

H. Kenneth Palmer - Managing
Director & Project Coordinator
Ken Palmer, a career banker, is an international businessman with
an excellent business and financial management background. He has
been in the Gulf for more than 18 years working in executive management
positions with major regional banks and as the Managing Director of
a financial services consulting firm operating in the broader Gulf
area. In his executive management, CEO and consultancy roles, Ken
has launched numerous new businesses, business lines and a multitude
of projects and products. |

Rachel Spencer
- Project Director
An artist herself and a keen supporter of arts and culture, Rachel
Spencer has contributed a great deal of her time to voluntary pro
bono work in Europe with arts based practices helping with exhibitions
and business development. Professionally, she has worked in senior
management positions with U.K. based firms specializing in venue sponsorship,
experience & event-marketing solutions and incremental income
generation for cultural public venues and retail property portfolios.
Event creation and management has been an important element in all
of her professional involvements.
Ms. Spencer is responsible for sponsorship, event management and
public relations and she actively collaborates with individuals,
businesses and government in securing program sponsors and helping
to create the proper public environment and surround-sound for ArtWorks
projects. She is completely aligned with ArtWorks goals of making
a difference by supporting worthy causes and helping to develop
arts and culture in the public arena.
